A New Hampshire Special Education Procedural Safeguards Handbook is given to families on a yearly basis. This handbook is based on the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act of 2004 (IDEA) and the New Hampshire Rules for the Education of Children with Disabilities effective November 2023.
