Welcome to the Pelham School District! We are so glad you are joining us. Please
click here to start the registration process for grades K through 12. Once you complete this form someone from the school will be contacting you about the next step or you can call to make an appointment.
You will need to have the following documents to complete your child’s registration process.
- An original birth certificate for the student must be presented.
- Up-to-date immunization records.
- Documentation of a physical exam signed by a health care provider dated within one year of the student's starting date.
- The approved form(s) of proof of Pelham residency as required on the Residency Affidavit
You will also need to complete
these forms. You can either print them to fill them out before your appointment or we will give you copies when you arrive.
