It is the objective of the Pelham maintenance Department to provide a safe and healthy educational work environment for both students and staff. We strive to maintain and rejuvenate all aspects of our facility infrastructure. The maintenance staff is attentive to the needs of the building and grounds of our district at all times. The janitorial staff is dedicated to maintaining a clean and safe school environment. This includes the use of "green chemicals" throughout the entire district, which are safer and environmentally friendly to both students and staff. The combined maintenance technicians and custodial staff are a group of dedicated and well trained caring individuals. We will continue to strive to meet the needs of the facilities and district as it continues to expand in the coming years.

The following link should only be used by internal staff for maintenance work orders and facilities requests. If you are not currently registered as a user, you may register yourself by submitting your email as your username. If an organization number is requested please use 289306902.  See links to the left.

The following link is the “community use” link and should be used by outside organizations who wish to book facilities at any of the schools in the district. If your organization is not a currently registered account, you must “create one” by filling out the application. Once registered, your application will be sent to the Business Administrator for approval.
