Facilities

It is the objective of the Pelham Facilities Department to provide a safe and healthy educational work environment for both students and staff. We strive to maintain and rejuvenate all aspects of our facility infrastructure. The maintenance staff is attentive to the needs of the building and grounds of our district at all times. The custodial staff is dedicated to maintaining a clean and safe school environment. This includes the use of "green chemicals" throughout the entire district, which are safer and environmentally friendly to both students and staff. The combined maintenance technicians and custodial staff are a group of dedicated and well-trained caring individuals. We will continue to strive to meet the needs of the facilities and district as it continues to expand in the coming years.
